Our tour guide Bobby was wonderful and did a great job, especially for just h_aving started. I would highly recommend this tour, especially if you have family members who cannot walk around the city for very long. The double-decker bus allowed my grandma to have the greatest views of the city and the bridge without h_aving to worry about how long or far she could walk, or about me h_aving to keep my eyes on the road.

I enjoyed being able to pick and choose what I wanted to spend time doing, I got information on all the sites, but not so much that I would not retain any of it. The buses picked up regularly like advertised and each tour guide had their own flare and different facts to share. I took the loop around several times stopping here and there, and got to ride with 5 different guides all of whom were fun and had a really great attitude.

My daughter and i loved the tour (after we found out w_here to get on!! that was a bit confusing!!) We loved the tour guide named Ash (Ashley) she was super funny and very helpful!

The bus driver was particularly kind in patient in getting my husband who uses a walker up the stairs of the bus and off again. I appreciated his consideration and his extra effort to assist my husband. Thank you.

Our first bus driver was so-so, but our second bus was a driver and a young woman who told so much about San Francisco and answered questions...I think it works out better to have a driver and tour guide...Over all it was a fun experience... would recommend it to everyone...
