When do we pay?The Alcatraz Portion of this combination tour cannot be confirmed outside of 90 days prior to travel. Within 30 days of your scheduled travel date, you will see a credit card charge from "Alcatraz Cruises, LLC" and will receive a separate Voucher for your Alcatraz Tour Portion of this package. A Voucher will be sent to you via email, just print it off and present it at check-in on the day of your tour.

Description
Design your own itinerary of San Francisco and the greater Bay Area on this hop-on hop-off double-decker bus tour. In the summer, the top deck is open and in the winter, clear screens allow for unobstructed views of the city. Tickets are valid for 2 days and there are numerous stops for you to explore.
Jump on the ferry to discover where various notorious inmates were incarcerated at Alcatraz, one of San Francisco's most popular attractions. This penitentiary, formally known as "The Rock", is famous for having housed ruthless criminals such as Al Capone (Scarface) and Machine Gun Kelly.

If you choose the morning option, your Alcatraz cruise will be booked between 9:00AM and 11:30AM. If you choose the afternoon option, it will be between 1:00PM and 4:00PM. Exact cruise time will be advised upon confirmation.

Had Zee for a guide. Kinda slow starting off. I think he was a call-in for a sick co-worker. Once the coffee kicked in he was the life of the tour. Very entertaining and knowledgable. I would love to get him as a guide again. The hop-on hop-off is so convenient. Would recommend it again.

Wonderful tour - Travelled from Scotland the day before - but the tour guide made it interesting enough to keep us wide awake!!! Lovely coach and large windows - so we missed nothing. If travelling to San Francisco this is a must. Alcatraz tour great and history lesson fantastic - cannot fault this tour - Thank you so much x Mo and Vee

The route was excellent - but YOUR people were even better! from the counter at North Point store to bus guide and driver, we couldnt have been treated better! Hats off to the tour guide (name escapes me right now, but British gentleman with salt & pepper hair) my absent minded husband left our video camera in one of the sidewalk vendors and the tour guide insisted to wait until my husband went back for it. Lucky for us the camera was right where he left it and we were able to capture the breathtaking views from the top of the double decker bus as a result of this. We thanked and tipped him and driver on the spot, but just make sure you tell him once more how grateful we are. Thanks again for a lovely experience, will definitely recommend to friends.

Excellent Customer Service with reservations, additional questions, and the Tour guides
were wonderful. We have the 2 Day pass and I was absolutly trilled with the Alcatraz
Tour and The City Tour, especially with the fact that we had 2 Days to really see and enjoy all the specific places we really wanted to see at our own speed. I felt we got so much accomplished in such a short amount of time

Our tour was absolutely brilliant., we had a 3 day pass. We began at Alcatraz which was amazing - the information given was excellant and at times you really thought you were back in that time - so informative. the wildlife and flora was a pleaseant added bonus - well worth the trip. Tour of San Francisco turned out to be a great day out - the sun was shinning and it was quite hot - we covered everything - from the beautiful golden gate bridge to the delightful union square. the journey was well informed and we learned a lot - even had a laugh. A fantastic way to see a fantastic city and we certainly left our heart in San Francisco !!!
