Wonderful time! Food was great - lots of variety. Service was fantastic. Never had a empty glass. I was not especially thrilled when I found out less than 3 hours before cruise time that they had just found out about our reservation - also received several calls asking us to reschedule. Due to on new online reservation process the cruise was grossly overbooked (by more than 80 guests!) Steve (manager) made very generous offers for other cruises but we were taking out of town guests and were unable to change our plans. Steve assured me we would be taken care of. I was very anxious when we arrived, expecting to be seated at a cramped table they had stuck somewhere in a less than desirable location. Much to our surprise, on our arrival, Steved us personally at a prime window table and even provided us with a bottle of champagne for the table. Our server was extremely attentive to our needs. Steve and the staff more than made up for the reservation confusion. A Hornblower cruise will now be included for all of our out of town guests as well as for us personally for celebrations/enjoyment. Highly recommend - good food, entertainment, customer service and views of the bay - all wrapped up together!

If you are going to San Francisco this is a must do trip! The food was incredible and served throughout the entire cruise, as was the champagne. The view was great from every seat and the service was exceptional. Although, there were a few children aboard, I wouldnt suggest this as a family adventure for those with young children.

We went for my daughters 25th birthday. All of the ship's crew made her birthday very special. Our host made sure we never ran out of champagne. He was a lot of fun. The pianist was wonderful as well. He did a great job talking about San Francisco's history, and he was very funny and entertaining. All of the guests were very friendly. Also, I would like to say a big thank you for waiting for me and my daughter. We were given wrong directions from the bus driver to Pier 3, and we really appreciated the crew waiting for us. I know you guys are very careful about leaving on time. We will we book another trip with you. We had a fantastic time.

My wife and I celebrated our one year anniversary. The cruise was smooth, the sites were excellent, the food and beverages were great. Touring the bay, Fisherman's Wharf, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Alcatraz was a great experience. This was one of our California trip highlights! THANK YOU for the great experience.

Lounge Singer
She was so great, she made sure everyone was comfortable and also gave commentary about the sites we were seeing and had a few great jokes about Al Capone being "Super Bad", so he was sent to Alcatraz. Awesome!!
